ENFIELD, CT — Today's look back at Enfield history is courtesy of the Enfield Historical Society, which has had numerous school yearbooks digitally reproduced and available on archive.org. On this occasion, we go back a quarter-century to the 1996 Fermi High School yearbook, and an ad from a small restaurant that was one of a long line of businesses over the years that operated out of a small freestanding building at 375 Enfield Street.

La Molisana was a pizza and grinder shop which was in business at that location during the 1990s. Prior to La Molisana, the building had housed several businesses, most prominently Colonial Camera.

In the early 2000s, River Valley Pizza operated at the site. The video clip below, from the Media Factory Show hosted by Peter Bastone, offers a rare look inside the building as the River Valley Pizza owners make a pie.
