ENFIELD, CT — Today's installment of this weekly Enfield history series is a photo taken from atop Holy Trinity Church of a longtime pet grooming business which was located for many years across the street at 390 Hazard Avenue: Pet-Agree.

The shop was founded in 1986, and was operated by Lorina Buonanducci, later joined by her son, Dominic Scavotto, a 2005 graduate of Fermi High School. Undoubtedly, one of the most distinctive landmarks in Hazardville was the "bathtub of bubbles" containing a pair of dogs which sat at the corner of the property, promoting the shop's dog wash service.

In 2014, the business left Enfield, but relocated to South Bridge Drive in Agawam, Mass., where the bathtub and the unmistakable business logo remain, as shown below courtesy of Google Maps.
