Sexual Assault Charges Filed Against Teenager
The 19-year-old suspect already has a string of cases pending in court.

A 19-year-old man with a slew of pending cases was arrested at Enfield Superior Court Thursday and charged with sexual assault.
Brandon Rosa, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree sexual assault on a physically helpless victim and second-degree criminal trespass. Bond in this case was set at $15,000, and he remained in custody.
Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said the warrant supporting Rosa’s arrest is sealed, and no further information was immediately available.

According to Connecticut judicial records, Rosa has been held in lieu of $35,000 bond on several other pending cases, including fourth-degree sexual assault, two counts of second-degree unlawful restraint, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass, misrepresentation of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
He is scheduled to return to court Sept. 9.
