Truck Slams Into Gas Station Booth In Enfield [UPDATED]
The driver was pronounced dead at a Springfield hospital, according to police.

ENFIELD, CT — A pickup truck rammed into an attendant's booth at the Shop & Shop gas station on Hazard Avenue Wednesday afternoon, and the operator was pronounced dead at an area hospital, police said.
The driver of a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, a 65-year-old man whose identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was pronounced dead at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., police said.
A full investigation of the crash, which occurred at 2:09 p.m., is underway. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Paul Dubiel at 860-763-6400 ext. 1322.
