Why Enfield Homeowners Are Getting a Property Data Mailer This Year
The mailers are part of a state-required town-wide revaluation process.
ENFIELD, CT — Enfield is starting its 2026 town-wide property revaluation, and many homeowners will soon get a data mailer in the mail.
The town said it hired Vision Government Solutions to help with the revaluation. The last time Enfield updated property values was in 2021. State law requires towns to do this every five years.
Data mailers will be sent to property owners who have a house or other residential building. The form shows basic information the town has on your property.

Town officials are asking homeowners to check the information, fix anything that’s wrong, and send the form back. Returning the mailer helps make sure property values are fair and accurate.
The Assessor’s Office and Vision thanked residents for their patience and cooperation during the process.
