CHESTER, CT — A body was found in the water at a local marina Thursday afternoon, according to state police.
The Connecticut State Police and state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection are on scene to investigate.
State police said DEEP is the primary investigating agency, and deferred further comment to them. DEEP did not immediately respond to a request for details Thursday.
