Celebrate Easter and Holy Week at Deep River Congregational Church

All are welcome to Celebrate Easter and Holy Week at Deep River Congregational Church! DRCC honors this Christian time of year with special services on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and 3 services on Easter Sunday.

Maundy Thursday, April 2, 7 p.m.

Join in communion and prayer as we hear the story of Jesus’ last evening and share music of Holy Week.

Good Friday Service, April 3, 7 p.m. (6 p.m. Soup and Bread Supper)

Gather for our annual Soup & Bread Supper at 6 p.m. in Fellowship Hall, followed by a new Good Friday Service of Tenebrae at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary. Readers and choir fill the space as candles are extinguished one-by-one.

Easter Sunday, April 5

• 6:15 a.m., Easter Sunrise Service held at the top of Fountain Hill Cemetery in Deep River
• 8:30 a.m., Early Easter Service at Deep River Congregational Church
• 9:15 a.m., festive coffee hour between services
• 10:00 a.m., Easter Service at Deep River Congregational Church with the senior choir and chancel handbell choir (live-streamed on deeprivercc.org)
