Essex, CT (September 19, 2022)- The RiverLane is open for business on Main Street in Essex, Connecticut. The store promises to be more than just a boutique, but rather a destination. Robin Zubretsky, Owner of The RiverLane, stated, “I was thrilled when I found this space on one of Connecticut’s most beautiful streets. I am excited to bring a retail boutique to the town and state I dearly love.”

The former bank building, located at 7 Main Street, was built in 1880. No major changes were made to the outdoor character of the building, except a façade more fitting for a retail store. The indoor transformed space is beautiful and one that will enhance the shopper’s experience.
The RiverLane is an easy-to-shop oasis for genuine retail therapy, which includes over 50 beloved brands, a fun atmosphere to shop, relax and enjoy a beverage, in-store tailoring, and knowledgeable styling experts.
