2.7K Power Outages Reported In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Fire Department is responding to multiple incidents due to power outages in the Black Rock Turnpike area, officials said. There are more than 2,700 customers without power as of 11 a.m., according to United Illuminating.

High Wind speeds are causing issues across the state. Connecticut is under a high wind warning Monday with sustained wind speeds between 20 and 30 mph and gusts up to 60 mph.
