2 Fairfield Men Possessed Heroin In Milford: Police
The Police Department's Tactical Unit stopped a vehicle for "suspicious activity," police said.
MILFORD, CT — Two Fairfield men are accused of being in possession of heroin in Milford, police said. On Sept. 3, members of the Milford Police Department's Tactical Unit stopped a vehicle in the Boston Post Road and East Town Road area for "suspicious activity," police said.
Steven Bishop, 33, of Bronson Road in Southport and Leonard Topar, 35, of Berkeley Road in Fairfield are accused of being in possession of a "quantity of heroin," police said.
Bishop and Topar are both charged with possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. They are both due to appear in court on Sept. 24.
