2025 Awardees Announced for Fairfield Dolan’s 30 Under 30

The 30 Under 30 program recognizes exceptional undergraduate and graduate business students demonstrating “whole person” achievements that reflect the University’s Jesuit tradition of educating the mind, body, and spirit.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. —The Charles F. Dolan School of Business announced the 2025 awardees for the 30 Under 30 program, which recognizes exceptional undergraduate and graduate business students. To be considered for this award, applicants must demonstrate success across the following three categories: societal impact, academics, and professional development.
“The award reflects Fairfield Dolan’s mission of developing ethical leaders for a better world and life-long success,” said Zhan Li, DBA, dean of the Dolan School of Business.
This year, the largest weighting of application criteria considered was societal impact, which was defined as defined as “community engagement, social responsibility, and making a positive impact on society.”
“Fairfield Dolan’s 30 Under 30 program features a highly competitive and selective process, and celebrates the successes and achievements of our students,” Dean Li said. “The award captures and strengthens the Jesuits’ ‘whole person’ education that Fairfield University is known for.”
Student awardees, who span a variety of academic disciplines within the business school, will be recognized in April at the Dolan Awards Ceremony. Interested individuals are encouraged to learn more about the application process.
