While we missed gathering together again this year at Jennings Beach, we are excited to be gathering virtually over the next several weeks!

Run, walk, or roll 5K, 1-Mile or whatever distance you choose, wherever you choose, in your own time, on your own terms, between now and October 31!
Maybe you've made all 8 previous events and don't want to miss...or maybe you've been unable to join us in the past - but always wished you could...We've made things as flexible and easy as possible to accommodate anyone who wants to participate this year and WE HOPE YOU'LL JOIN US!

Once you register, we will mail you your bib. When you do your run, walk, or roll, take a picture of yourself (making sure your bib number is visible) and post it on Facebook or Instagram with #onlyyourun or email the photo to onlyyou.foundation@yahoo.com and we'll send you your finisher's medal!
T-shirts will be mailed out in mid-October.
