FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield Prep remains in the top 10 in the latest GametimeCT boys lacrosse poll, firmly holding onto the #6 spot.
The Jesuits have a 5-3 record as of Tuesday, after an 11-10 home win on Tuesday against Seton Hall Prep.
So far this season, Fairfield Prep has wins over Sheehan, Xavier, Guilford and Daniel Hand, in addition to the Seton Hall Prep victory. Guilford is ranked #8 in this week's GametimeCT poll.
Darien continues its dominance at the top of the poll, followed by #2 Staples, #3 New Canaan, #4 Wilton and #5 Ridgefield.
Rounding out the top 10 are Glastonbury at #7, aforementioned Guilford, Greenwich at #9, and Notre Dame West Haven at #10.
Seven of the teams in the top 10 are in Fairfield County, the hotbed of boys lacrosse in the state.
Next up for the Jesuits is a tilt against New Canaan on Thursday, 6 p.m. at Fairfield University - Rafferty Stadium.
