Fairfield Police Department Promotes 3 To Supervisory Positions

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Police Department held a promotional ceremony Tuesday afternoon for three veteran members of the Force who are in new supervisory positions.

Lt. Eric Fuller, Sgt. Phil Galaske, and Sgt. Kevin Wells were officially sworn into their new ranks during a ceremony in front of their families, friends, and colleagues at the Penfield Pavilion.

"Promotion is a reflection of years of dedication, professionalism, and service to the Fairfield community," officials wrote on Facebook. "As they assume their new leadership roles, each brings a wealth of experience and a continued commitment to serving both the department and our residents."

Fuller has been assigned to the Administrative Services Bureau, and Galaske and Wells will lead officers in the Patrol Division, where they will also "help ensure the continued delivery of professional police services to the Fairfield community."

"Please join us in congratulating Lieutenant Fuller, Sergeant Galaske, and Sergeant Wells on this well-earned achievement," officials said. "We wish them continued success in their new assignments."
