The new restaurant is reportedly planning to open at 58 Post Road.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Flat Out Burger, a New York-based hamburger chain, is planning to open its first Connecticut location in Fairfield, the Stamford Advocate reported.

Flat Out's Fairfield restaurant is set for 58 Post Road near Black Rock, and it will reportedly open on Aug. 15.

All the chain's hamburgers are made from 100 percent grass-fed Pat Lafreida beef, according to the company. Additionally, the chain also serves a plant-based "Flat Out Veggie" burger.

"Our beef is locally sourced and smashed to crispy, caramelized perfection, then layered with American cheese, and our house pickles, and finished with our signature secret sauce," Flat Out Burger's website reads. "Every burger is built on a soft, buttery brioche bun, toasted to golden perfection."

Patch reached out to Flat Out Burger for information, but did not immediately receive a reply.
