4-Unit Multifamily Housing Development Sells For Millions In Fairfield

The Castle Avenue complex measures 6,824 square feet.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A four-unit multifamily housing development in Fairfield was recently sold for $2.2 million, according to Northeast Private Client Group.

The complex at 100 Castle Ave. measures 6,824 square feet, and has a total of nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It was built in 2006, and was last sold for $1.65 million in 2022, according to Realtor.com.

Northeast Private Client Group Vice Presidents Jeff Wright and Rich Edwards, and Managing Director Brad Balletto, represented the unnamed seller and procured the buyer, who also was not disclosed. Additional terms of the transaction were not released.

"The property offers the buyer a well-positioned residential asset in one of Connecticut's most desirable Fairfield County communities, with strong rental demand and convenient access to Metro-North commuter rail service and the amenities of downtown Fairfield," Northeast Private Client Group wrote in a statement.
