FAIRFIELD, CT — A planned development that has been approved for a 46-unit housing complex in Fairfield is on the market for $2,760,000, according to Crexi.com.
The property at 467 Tunxis Hill Road in Fairfield "features 3 residential levels with 54 garage parking spaces and 24 storage lockers."
Despite Fairfield's affordable housing moratorium, this development is grandfathered, and about a third of its units are deemed affordable.
Neighbor litigation has been settled, according to the listing, and there are no remaining appeals.
"Architectural plans, civil engineering drawings, traffic study, and landscaping plan are all approved and ready for construction," the listing reads.
Ken Ginsberg with KNG Realty, LLC, and Jeremy Goun are the listing agents.
