The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

I believe the single most pressing issue facing our town is supporting financial initiatives and economic development to help ease the tax burden for Fairfield residents and taking into account our seniors and the next generation. I intend to continue to question all budget items and push for a low mill rate.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

Experience, dedication, and and passion! I have been an active member of the Fairfield community for almost 2 decades. From Class Mom to Girl Scout Leader to Fairfield Youth Football Team Mom. I LOVE Fairfield and get involved wherever and whenever I can. I wanted to get involved in town government and joined the RTM because I want to ensure our beautiful town continues to thrive and remains a desirable town to not only raise children but grow old.

Accomplishments:

Successful finance professional who consistently managed numerous employees and worked in a team environment. Single mom who knows how to multitask, effectively communicate, and achieve results. My experience on the RTM, and coupled with my roles on the Special Legislative Management Committee and the RTM Legislation & Administration Committee provide me with the experience to effectively navigate local government procedures.

Other issues:

- Work with First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick to continue efforts modernizing and building a more efficient government that is accountable to taxpayers with an emphasis on customer service for residents and businesses.

- Advocate for academic excellence in Fairfield's schools.

- Protect our residential neighborhoods, open spaces, and Fairfield's shoreline.

- Build a healthy community that addresses mental health needs, engages in respectful dialogue, and and serves the overall well-being of our residents.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I believe in giving back to my community. Getting involved and supporting local charities. Leading by example and trying to be a role model to my children. I don't sit back and complain or judge and I try to be part of a solution or drive the change I believe in!
