FAIRFIELD, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for Nov. 17, 2021, as provided by the Fairfield Police Department.

12:06 p.m., 700 block of Villa Avenue: A woman was walking into Stop & Shop when a man grabbed her arm and tried to pull her away. The man asked her if anything in the store was free and when the woman said no, he asked her if she was free. The woman resisted and the man left the store. Claude Davis, 47, was later charged with breach of peace, police said.

1:45 p.m., 300 block of Grasmere Avenue: A woman and two men stole makeup and cold medicine from CVS.
