Nov. 28

5:22 p.m., 2600 block of the Post Road: Patron at Blackstone Grill and Steakhouse did not pay prior to leaving, received a misdemeanor summons and was released on a promise to appear in court.

7:10 p.m., 2200 block of Kings Highway Cutoff: A 31-year-old man was arrested, charged with fifth-degree larceny and released on a $1,000 bond after stealing $701 worth of items from Bed Bath and Beyond, police said.

Nov. 29

7:31 a.m., 4100 block of Black Rock Turnpike: Tree company’s trucks broken into overnight, about $5,000 in saws and batteries stolen.

12:53 p.m., 1600 block of the Post Road: Man suspected to be stealing credit cards from Rite Aid, unable to locate.

2:03 p.m., 300 block of Grasmere Avenue: Man who matched description of Rite Aid suspect was reported shoplifting from CVS and fled in a black BMW, police found the vehicle and tried to stop it on Commerce Drive but it fled into Bridgeport.

5:30 p.m., 800 block of the Post Road: Man reported removing security tags from items at Bob’s Stores and stealing merchandise, 22-year-old charged with sixth-degree larceny and held on $1,000 bond, police said.
