ATM Stolen From Laundromat In Fairfield: Police
Police say the suspects stole the ATM from inside the business in an overnight burglary. A video of the possible suspects has been released.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Police are investigating the theft of the ATM from the WashTub Laundromat during a recent overnight burglary. Police responded to the laundromat, located at 332 Tunxis Hill Road, on Nov. 20 on the report of a burglary.
Police said that the burglary took place between 12:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. and the ATM was stolen from inside the business. The suspects broke into the building by smashing the front glass window, according to police.
A follow-up investigation by the Detective Division discovered that there was a similar incident reported in Stamford on Nov. 5, according to police. In the Stamford case, a glass window to a business was also broken and the ATM was taken.

Police have released video footage (see below) from an adjacent building of the possible suspects. The individuals can be seen getting out of one car and into another vehicle during the time frame of the burglary on Nov. 20 at 3:43 a.m.
