Coastal Connecticut Counseling

We are a local counseling practice offering outpatient services through effective evidence-based psychotherapy methods in a safe and supportive environment helping individuals, couples, children and families build resilience and embrace growth. We have daytime appointment availability in-person and via telehealth. We offer medication management services for our clients 18+yo who are current clients of our practice.
