Kitchen Melissa is a local prepared meal service and market that brings fresh, fully cooked, hand crafted meals from our table to yours. We are your simple, convenient, and healthy solution to eating “good for your gut” meals everyday without the hassle or time of preparing it yourself. Everything is gluten, dairy, refined sugar, and soy free and made with quality ingredients like local seasonal produce and no seed oil. Our menus are aimed at providing you with the nutritious and delicious meals you need for a healthy gut and a balanced lifestyle.
We have two ways for you to get our meals in your hands. One way is to pre-order. There is a new weekly menu every Wednesday. You simply place your order on the website by Thursday at noon and then pickup your order Saturday between 9-2. You can order as little or as many meals as you’d like. You can also have your meals delivered for a small fee if you spend more than $50. Delivery to anywhere in Fairfield/Southport is $5.
We understand pre-ordering doesn’t work for everyone so the other way to get your meals is to come in any day during our business hours and shop our market. There is a small fridge of rotating menu items as well as other soups, bone broths, fermented vegetables, ghee, and more.
