A new dining concept has arrived in Fairfield as MOMOTARO SUSHI officially soft opens at 1795 Post Rd.
The restaurant introduces an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) sushi experience with an izakaya-style atmosphere, focusing on a more balanced and modern approach to traditional AYCE dining. With a “less rice, more flavor” concept, the menu emphasizes lighter rice portions paired with higher-quality ingredients.
In addition to sushi rolls and sashimi, MOMOTARO SUSHI also offers a selection of handmade dumplings, including soup dumplings and pan-fried items, combining Japanese and Asian-inspired comfort food into one menu.
The space features a dimly lit, modern interior designed for a relaxed and social dining experience, making it suitable for both casual meals and evening gatherings.
The restaurant is currently in its soft opening phase, with plans to continue refining its menu and service in the coming weeks.
