Child Taken To Hospital After Incident With Vehicle In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — A child was taken to the hospital Friday after an incident with a vehicle, according to a fire official. First responders were called just after 4 p.m. to the 300 block of Fairview Avenue, Assistant Chief Schuyler Sherwood said. The child was transported to a hospital, according to Sherwood, who was unable to provide further details. Fairfield police did not immediately respond to a request for information.
