Dead Skunks With "Obama Stinks" Sign Found in Fairfield

Something doesn’t smell right in Fairfield.

Fairfield Police are investigating after two dead skunks were found with signs reading “Obama Stinks,” near them.

One skunk was nailed to a telephone pole at the corner of Park and Jackman avenues and the other was near the base of the pole, according to NBC Connecticut.

The American flag stars in the sign were replaced with a sickle and hammer, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

A woman noticed the skunks and called police Tuesday morning. Police are a little baffled by the bizarre finding, but are investigating.
