Deer Trapped In Soccer Net Rescued By Fairfield Fire, Police Crews
The deer was caught in a full-sized soccer net in a residential yard, according to officials.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Crews rescued a deer that was stuck in a full-sized soccer net Wednesday in Fairfield, according to officials.
“Unable to free itself or get up your Fairfield Fire Fighters Association IAFF 1426 and members of Fairfield’s Animal Control and the Police Department worked together in securing the animal so responders could operate safely during the disentanglement,” officials wrote in a post on the Fairfield Fire Department’s Facebook page.
