About F45 Training Fairfield
The F45 concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45-minute high-intensity, circuit-style workout for our members. Our F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department has created 27 unique workout programs and, with an exercise library of over 3,000 different exercises, our members never experience the same workout twice. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, our workouts are cardio-focused. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our workouts are strength-based. Our weekend workouts offer a hybrid of core, cardio and strength.
