Under the guidance of owner, Fred Kaskowitz, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, FRED will proudly features fresh, wholesome, and healthy options, as well as comfort foods that you can enjoy in your home or office.
No matter the occasion, FRED and his team - Chef David Johnson and Sous-Chef, Catlin Rissman - will be creating on the go gourmet freshly made dinners, sandwiches, salads, prepared foods and tantalizing desserts.
Also offering gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
