Driver Crashes Into Utility Pole; Charged With DUI: Fairfield Police
The incident occurred mid-day Friday near a busy Fairfield intersection, police said.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A driver who struck a utility pole was charged Friday in Fairfield, according to police.
Frank Buda, 53, is charged with driving under the influence, police said, noting that Buda was driving erratically and that he was later reported to have crashed into the pole. The incident occurred about 1:15 p.m. on Jennings Road near Black Rock Turnpike, according to police.
