Driver Fled Scene Of Southport Crash: Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — A driver fled the scene of a crash Tuesday in Southport, according to police. The incident occurred about 6 p.m. outside Total Look Salon & Spa, 3482 Post Road, police said. The crash involved two cars and blocked traffic, according to police, who said one of the drivers fled west. A K-9 attempted to find the person but was not successful and the incident is under investigation, police said.
