DUI Driver Crashes Into Snow Plow, Gets Arrested: Fairfield PD

FAIRFIELD, CT — Police say a Fairfield man was operating under the influence when he crashed into a town snow plow and drove away during last weekend’s snow storm, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

The Citizen reports Joseph Kowalsky, 67, was arrested after he drove off while police were at the scene. He is also accused of driving through a red light before he stopped for police.
