12 Steps to Building a Successful Small Business

One of America’s foremost small business experts, Cliff Ennico will walk through 12 steps to building a successful small business.  Topics will include the four steps to building a marketing plan; whether or not you need business partners and how to pick them; the two places you can find money to grow your business; how to deal with business risks and threats before they become overwhelming; and more.  This program will be held Tuesday, March 20 at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.  

Cliff Ennico is an attorney and small business consultant based in Fairfield.  He is a leading expert on the legal and tax issues facing small businesses and is the author of 10 small business and entrepreneur books, including Small Business Survival Guide.  He writes a weekly column for Creators Syndicate, “Succeeding in Your Business,”  and is a guest columnist for Entrepreneur and other business magazines.  In the ‘90s, Cliff hosted the PBS television series, MoneyHunt.  A member of eBay’s education team, he is a frequent guest on eBay Radio programs devoted to e-commerce.
