Beach Pilates

Join us Saturday Mornings at 7:15 am for a 45 minute Beach Pilates class at Seabright Beach in Black Rock. 

Bring your blanket, sunblock, and sunglasses!

No sign up required. Beginners welcome.

Seabright Beach requires no permits and is very accessible.

Directions: 

North on Fairfield Ave: Take a R onto Brewster St. at stop sign take R onto Grovers Ave. L onto beacon St. L onto Seabright Ave. On your R is Seabright Beach

South on Fairfield Ave: Take L onto Brewster St. and follow the above directions
