] On Saturday, October 1 at 9:30 a.m. begin your morning at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, for a short introduction about a family hike that will use Pequot Press, Falcon Guides.
After the introduction, hikers will receive additional information about the hike. Falcon Guides may be checked out at the Library. These guides hold a wealth of information including maps of various hikes and tips about hiking. The morning will continue after a short drive to the head of the trail at Connecticut Audubon Center, 2325 Burr Street in Fairfield. Have fun observing and identifying animal scat and tracks.
