Free Squat Clinic for Athletes

Learn to perform this exercise correctly before you get injured!

The squat is a main staple in many high school workout regiments to build strength and endurance in the lower body.  Far to often teenage athletes perform this important exercise with improper form, improper warm up, and little or no post exercise alignment.  Athletes can sustain injuries while performing this exercise, but far more common is injuries sustained at a later date as a result of building the body the wrong way due to improper technique.

The clinic will include:

•    A warm up routine that blends martial arts and yoga to warm and stretch the muscles involved in a squat
•    Proper form and execution lecture by a collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach
•    A yoga routine to decompress the spine and re-align bone and muscle for speeder recovery

Athletes will walk away with a routine that will increase success with this exercise and decrease the chance of injury.

Please arrive at 9:45am to register.  Under 18 accompanied by an adult.
