With a stunning backdrop of countryside and open heated studio, this is the perfect space to try yoga for the first time or for those who have done yoga before, you can continue your yoga adventure and classes will be offered accordingly to your abilities.
Mats will be provided...all you need is an open mind and desire to calm your body, center your soul and lift your spirit! We will also be establishing classes for seniors, children and special needs kids!
Free classes will be available to all newcomers and continuing classes will be added to fit more classes/levels ...mornings and evenings and private or personal group classes will also be available in your own home or in the studio.
