The will host a walking tour of the town green (originally scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 21) at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, rain or shine. Walkers will learn about the founding of Fairfield and its fascinating colonial history, with visits to the historic buildings on and around the green.
