Osho Dynamic Meditation is a one hour active meditation that, just like passive meditation, can be more powerful when done in a group. This method of active meditation is used to get us out of our heads and into our hearts. As modern people we live in our heads,
and on a daily basis our actions are driven by our brains. Osho meditation can help you drop out of your head and act more from your heart.
Evelyne will guide you through the five stages of meditation with the vibrant accompaniment of live drumming. This practice is best done with the eyes closed or blindfolded to block out external distractions. The last 30 minutes are optional, stay if you like for a discussion of the experience.
