The practice of yoga is designed to alleviate suffering in body, heart and mind. While the body is supported and at rest in restorative yoga poses send out a heartfelt call for peace thru calming breath techniques and repetition of a chant to invoke peace. Come experience the medicinal potency of Restorative Yoga. Every pose in this completely relaxing practice is supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets & straps and is held for 5 - 15 minutes. The atmosphere is one of complete relaxation to create the ability to soften, loosen up, unravel, and unwind in order to seek peace.
