Get ready to spring into action this season with a unique workshop for runners. Participants will be introduced to the principals of qi running with a focus on creating proper alignment in the body and developing their optimal stride. Body alignment will be reinforced with a yoga practice that focuses on strengthening and lengthening problem areas for runners while releasing tension in the connective tissues. Special attention will be paid to the knees, hamstrings, quadriceps, hips and low back.
