FAIRFIELD, CT — The best food truck in Connecticut can be found right here in Fairfield, according to Eat This, Not That.

The nutrition website recently published a list of the best food truck in every state, naming LobsterCraft as the top spot for on-the-go eats in the Constitution State, touting the truck’s hot, buttered lobster rolls, lobster mac-and-cheese and lobster bisque.

"The hot buttered lobster roll is the Connecticut state sandwich, and I am a Connecticut lobsterman," said Capt. Mike Harden, a commercial lobsterman for more than 20 years who founded LobsterCraft about a decade ago, and who spoke with Fairfield Patch in July.
