Under old business, the board is scheduled to consider final approval of several policies, including Policy 3453 governing student activity funds and two policies related to employee compensation, benefits and insurance coverage.

In new business, the board may review and discuss Policy 6151 on class size, with possible amendments listed on the agenda.

The board is also expected to review food services financial information and conduct first readings of two policies: one addressing military-related employee absences and leaves, and another covering student nutrition and physical activity, also known as the district's school wellness policy.

Another agenda item would permit, under specified conditions, the employment of children of board members as unpaid interns or summer paraprofessionals during the 2026-27 school year. The proposed motion includes recusal requirements and provisions stating board members may not receive any personal benefit from such employment.

The meeting agenda also includes the superintendent's report, committee and liaison reports, open board comment and public comment before adjournment.
