Fairfield Business Donates To Operation Hope
A small Fairfield business is giving back to the community by donating to Operation Hope.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield business owner is giving back to the community by donating to Operation Hope.
Paul Ruscito, of handyman business Ruscito Resolutions, gave $1,020 to the Fairfield nonprofit Jan. 19 to help fight hunger and homelessness. The money was raised through Paul’s Trees, a program for which Ruscito picked up Christmas trees, donating a portion of the fees to Operation Hope.
“I’ve known Paul since he was 12 and he’s always been giving back,” said his wife, Natalie Ruscito.

Paul, who served food at Operation Hope when he was a student at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, also has plans to start an effort called the Ruscito Project, giving to the nonprofit 5 percent of the fee for each job he takes.
“We are always impressed with Paul’s ability to provide much-needed goods or services to the community, and to tie those interactions to a giving component,” Operation Hope Executive Director Carla Miklos said in an email. “Operation Hope is grateful for his creativity and concern for our struggling neighbors.”
