The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
My top issue is advocating for a reasonable level of affordability so that we fund quality schools and services while allowing seniors and the next generation of Fairfielders to stay here. It's important to me to listen to constituent concerns and articulate them on the floor of the RTM.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am an experienced leader with a common sense voice dedicated to putting Fairfield citizens first when making decisions.
List other issues that define your campaign platform:
Government reform and transparency are of great concern given the recent events regarding the DPW Fill Pile. I support a top down review of policies/procedures to ensure public trust isn't breached again. That includes supporting modernizing Town Hall with technology and relevant training that allows for more efficient operations.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Current RTM Minority Leader, Former RTM Moderator, Former Chairman of the Board of Education, Human Resources business background in employee relations and contract negotiations, Member of the RTM Legislative and Administrative Committee, Member of the BOS Selectman Compensation Committee, Former Liaison to the Riverfield Building Committee, Former Member of the Special Project Standing Building Committee, Former Chairman of the Board of Education Finance Subcommittee
The best advice ever shared with me was ...
From my mom, don't complain about anything, unless you are willing to step up and do something about it.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
Co-sponsor of amendments to the Fairfield Transient Merchant Ordinance, legislation strengthening and protecting Fairfield's citizens regarding door-to-door sales calls
Co-Sponsor of legislation for pension revisions to the Town Code
I care passionately about our Town, I'm dedicated to following our Town Charter rules, and I would be humbled to serve another term on the RTM as your Representative.
