Fairfield Coronavirus Update: 4 More Deaths, 6 New Cases

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield had four more deaths reported to be associated with the new coronavirus and six additional confirmed cases day-over-day as of Tuesday, according to the first selectwoman.

First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick reported 37 virus-associated deaths and 306 confirmed cases in a Facebook post Tuesday. Additionally, 112 residents had recovered from the virus, Kupchick said in the post.

Across Connecticut as of Tuesday, there were 20,360 confirmed virus cases and 1,423 patient deaths, according to state data.
