The Fairfield Farmers Market Starts 7th Season Downtown On Sunday
Fairfield also hosts the Greenfield Hill Farmers Market on Saturdays.
FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Farmers Market begins its seventh season downtown on Sherman Green on Sunday, and will run through Oct. 9, according to organizers.
The market will be held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine, with more than 30 local farms and small batch food producers scheduled to participate. Four Connecticut farms will offer fresh seasonal vegetables, fruit and salad greens, and additionally, vendors will also offer other essential food such as meat, eggs, fish, baked goods, bread, salami, honey and more.
This season, we are featuring live music on the first Sunday of every month. New food and artisan vendors are bringing new excitement to the market and we are thrilled to have them able participate this year.
