Fairfield Flasher To Get Psychiatric Treatment: Report
The man was arrested last year following numerous accusations of exposing himself on a Fairfield beach.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Newtown man charged with exposing himself to teenage girls at Jennings Beach in Fairfield last year will undergo psychiatric treatment after being granted a pretrial probation program, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports William Connelly, 62, was also ordered by a Superior Court judge to have no further contact with the victims and he has been banned from Jennings Beach. The charges against him will be dismissed if he commits no other crimes over the next two years under the program, according to the Post.
Connelly was arrested in October, 2017, after several reported incidents of him exposing himself. Connelly turned himself in after police began distributing photos and videos taken of him in the act, and was charged with one count of risk of injury to a minor, three counts of second-degree breach of peace and three counts of public indecency.
