Fairfield Home Repeatedly Shot With BB Or Airsoft Gun: Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield home was shot repeatedly last week in the middle of the night with a BB or Airsoft gun, according to police.

The incident was reported 10:45 a.m. Thursday at a residence on Campfield Drive, police said, adding that overnight the home was shot with BBs or Airsoft pellets, leaving about eight holes in the side and windows of the structure.

Damage was estimated at $2,000, according to police, who said the incident was under investigation.
