Fairfield Man Accused of Masturbating as Woman Delivered Newspapers

A Fairfield man was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly masturbating on his front porch as a woman was delivering a newspaper to one of his neighbors, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

Richard Walzak, 36, of Kings Highway East was arrested on charges of public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.

The Citizen reports that police were called at about 4 a.m. on Monday morning after the woman, who delivers newspapers for the Connecticut Post, saw Walzak standing on his front porch and wearing a red robe that was open at the front with his genitals exposed.

The woman told police that Walzak allegedly did the same thing on four earlier occasions, according to the Citizen.
